Why purchases are final
AI-People distributes ready-made digital asset packages. The buyer sees the listing, reviews the available public information, selects a license model, completes payment, and then receives access to the purchased package in the account area.
Because the purchased asset is digital, delivered immediately after payment, and tied to a selected license, transactions are treated as final. This page explains that final-delivery model and the limited support scope that applies when a technical issue interrupts access.
Why crypto payments are not reversible
AI-People payments are processed in crypto. Blockchain transactions are not reversible in the same way as a conventional card chargeback flow. Once a completed blockchain payment settles, the platform cannot simply roll it back.
That payment structure is one more reason why the marketplace is designed around ready-made packages, upfront visibility, clear licensing labels, and immediate post-payment delivery rather than speculative or revocable access.
What the buyer evaluates before payment
The marketplace is built to reduce uncertainty before the transaction happens. A buyer does not pay first and discover the commercial asset later.

- The buyer selects a specific license model before purchase.
- The listing explains the package, previews, pricing, and rights framework in advance.
- The purchased materials become available in the account after successful payment.
What happens immediately after payment
After successful payment, the buyer receives access to the purchased package inside the account area. From that point forward, use of the asset is governed by the selected license and the related legal terms.
In normal operation, there is no waiting period for a refund decision because the marketplace is not selling a tentative reservation. It is selling immediate digital access to a defined package under a defined license.
What support can help with
Support can help when the buyer encounters a genuine technical obstacle around access, delivery visibility, or account-side availability. Examples include a temporary platform issue, a missing access state after a completed transaction, or a download problem that needs operational assistance.
Contact support@ai-people.io as soon as the issue is discovered. Include the account email, order or transaction reference, package slug, a short summary of the issue, and any screenshots that help support reproduce the problem.
What support does not do
Support does not convert final digital-delivery purchases into discretionary refunds after successful access. It also does not reverse a settled blockchain transaction simply because the buyer changed direction after the package became available as purchased.
The support role is operational and technical: restore access when something temporarily breaks, clarify the recorded transaction, and help the buyer reach the purchased files when a genuine platform-side issue exists.
