Content Policy

The following content or conduct is prohibited on AI-People:

• content involving minors or content that appears to depict minors in adult, exploitative, or sexualized contexts;
• content that depicts, imitates, names, voices, or strongly suggests a real identifiable person in a deceptive, exploitative, or unauthorized way;
• celebrity clones, private-person lookalikes, deepfakes, or impersonation-style listings presented as a commercial product;
• content that infringes intellectual property, publicity, privacy, contractual, or other third-party rights;
• fraud, scams, phishing, social engineering, or content designed to impersonate a real person or organization;
• harassment, hate, threats, coercion, humiliation, doxxing, stalking, or targeted abuse;
• content that promotes violence, terrorism, extremism, criminal activity, or evasion of law enforcement;
• malware, exploits, credential theft, or other technical abuse of the Platform or its users;
• metadata, tags, previews, or descriptions that materially misrepresent what a listing contains or how it may be used;
• attempts to bypass moderation, access controls, payment flows, licensing restrictions, or safety safeguards.

NSFW content is not exempt from this Policy. If content is adult-oriented, it must comply with both this Policy and the NSFW Policy.

Creators are responsible for what they submit to AI-People, including the listing itself, the underlying files, previews, tags, descriptions, and any claims about rights or permitted use.

• Submit only content that the creator is authorized to upload, license, and commercialize.
• Classify the listing accurately, including whether the content is restricted or NSFW.
• Use titles, thumbnails, and previews that do not hide material risks or misrepresent the product.
• Do not make false claims about exclusivity, ownership, consent, brand affiliation, or rights clearance.
• Cooperate with moderation requests, rights reviews, and follow-up questions from the Platform.

A creator may be asked to provide additional context, corrections, or supporting information before a listing is approved, restored, or allowed to remain available.

Buyers and other users may not use AI-People content, accounts, or marketplace tools to:

• operate outside the scope of the applicable license or transaction terms;
• mislead others into believing synthetic content is a real person, real endorsement, or real relationship;
• harass, exploit, defraud, or manipulate individuals or communities;
• resell, repost, scrape, or redistribute content in unauthorized ways;
• evade content restrictions, subscription limits, payment rules, or access controls;
• manipulate rankings, engagement signals, complaints, or moderation outcomes.

If a buyer exports or publishes licensed content outside AI-People, the buyer remains responsible for complying with the applicable license, local law, and any additional age-gating, labeling, or platform rules that apply in that external environment.

Users may report content or conduct believed to violate this Policy by contacting support@ai-people.io.

• Reports should identify the content, account, or transaction involved and explain the issue clearly.
• Rights-related complaints should include enough detail for the Platform to evaluate ownership, consent, likeness, or other claimed rights.
• We may request additional information, limit visibility, or temporarily restrict a listing while a report is being reviewed.
• Knowingly false, abusive, or bad-faith reporting may itself lead to enforcement action.

Where the Platform offers a review or appeal channel for a moderation outcome, that process may be limited in scope and timing. AI-People does not guarantee an appeal path for every decision.

AI-People may review content before publication, after publication, after purchase, or after a report or complaint. Review may be automated, manual, or both.

Enforcement actions may include:

• requesting edits, clarifications, reclassification, or additional rights information;
• rejecting, hiding, de-listing, age-gating, or removing content;
• limiting discovery, promotion, transactions, downloads, or account features;
• warning, restricting, suspending, or terminating accounts;
• preserving records, cooperating with payment or service providers, or referring matters to authorities where required.

Repeated violations, evasive behavior, or severe misconduct may lead to escalated enforcement without a prior warning.

We may update this Content Policy to reflect product, legal, operational, or safety changes. The current version will be posted on the Platform with its effective date.
