You buy licensed rights to a ready-made AI persona package, not a human model booking or automatic full ownership. The agreement defines whether the asset is used as an AI model, AI influencer, AI avatar, digital human, or AI character under commercial use, exclusivity, or ownership terms

Each purchase follows the selected agreement. Commercial License gives non-exclusive business use, Exclusive Commercial Rights give one buyer exclusive commercial control for the agreed period, and Ownership / Assignment is a separate rights transfer for listed deliverables

Commercial usage covers brand content, advertising, social media, e-commerce, product demos, training, AI influencer campaigns, and other business media. It works only inside the selected license, platform rules, and approved usage context

After purchase, you receive the licensed asset package, license record, and, when included, a License Certificate. You can use the AI persona within the granted rights. Custom orders can also be requested directly through the platform and follow their own accepted scope

Creators submit AI personas through the platform with a finished asset package, pricing, profile details, and a clear rights structure. Listings are reviewed for moderation, package quality, visual consistency, and policy fit before publication

You earn when buyers license your AI model, AI influencer, AI avatar, or digital human, and when they order custom materials directly. Revenue depends on the rights model, your price, buyer demand, and payout rules

By default, you keep rights to the persona package you publish. Buyer deals grant only the usage scope in the selected agreement, while Ownership / Assignment transfers only the assignable rights and listed deliverables in that transaction

A Publication Credit lets a creator submit one new AI persona package for moderation review. It is separate from buyer subscriptions, catalog promotion, advertising, and paid placement

One Publication Credit is used when a creator first sends a new package into moderation. It stays on the creator balance while the package is still being prepared as a draft

Creating, editing, saving, and preparing drafts stays free. A Publication Credit is used only when the AI persona package is ready to enter moderation

If moderation asks for fixes, the original credit remains tied to that package, so the same package can be resubmitted without using another credit

A Publication Credit covers submission review, not a guaranteed outcome. Publication, catalog visibility, ranking, promotion, and sales still depend on moderation, rights review, quality standards, and platform policies

After moderation review is processed, the credit is generally considered used. If a clear technical or platform error affected the process, AI-People may correct the balance manually

A subscription gives access to the AI persona marketplace, catalog discovery, account tools, and purchase flow. Persona licensing stays a separate transaction with its own price and rights record

Each AI persona is paid through a separate one-time licensing transaction under the selected rights model. Subscription payment unlocks platform access, but it does not include the persona asset or replace the license fee

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When access expires, renewal is manual, and plan upgrades follow the current checkout terms. Changing a plan affects access and tools, but does not expand rights already granted in past persona transactions

Yes, when you use the AI persona, AI model, or digital human within the selected agreement, platform policies, and applicable law. The license gives defined commercial rights, not permission for prohibited claims or unlicensed use

Some content categories are available only in controlled areas and may require access confirmation, an eligible plan, and compliance with content policy and license terms. Rights for one channel do not automatically cover every restricted distribution model

We process account, transaction, support, security, and moderation data under the Privacy Policy. A fictional AI persona does not remove privacy, safety, or record-keeping duties for real users operating accounts and transactions
