You're buying licensed rights in a ready-made AI persona asset package, not hiring a human model or receiving blanket ownership by default. The selected agreement defines whether you get fixed-term commercial use, fixed-term exclusivity, or a separate assignment of specifically listed rights and deliverables.

Each purchase follows the selected agreement. Commercial License grants fixed-term non-exclusive use, Exclusive Commercial Rights grant one buyer fixed-term exclusive commercial control without automatic ownership transfer, and Ownership / Assignment is a separate deal available only where assignment conditions are met and explicitly listed materials are included.

Commercial usage covers brand, marketing, advertising, social media, e-commerce, product education, and other business content, but only within the scope of the selected agreement and platform policies. It is not a blanket right to use the persona in prohibited, misleading, or unlicensed contexts.

After purchase, you receive access to the licensed asset package, the license record, and, where applicable, a License Certificate. Then you operate within that scope, request any extra customization as a new defined workflow, and escalate support, rights, or delivery questions through the platform.

Creators submit personas through the platform after registration by providing the asset package, pricing, and a clear rights structure. Listings are reviewed for moderation, packaging quality, and policy fit before publication.

You earn when buyers license your persona and, where applicable, request scoped follow-up customization. Revenue depends on the selected rights model, your pricing, and the platform terms that govern payout timing and settlement.

By default, you retain rights in the persona package you publish. Buyer deals grant only the usage scope defined by the selected agreement, and Ownership / Assignment transfers only the assignable rights and listed deliverables expressly covered by that specific transaction.

A Publication Credit lets a creator submit one new package for moderation review. It keeps the submission process clear and predictable, while remaining separate from buyer subscriptions, catalog promotion, advertising, or paid placement.

One Publication Credit is used when a creator first sends a new package into moderation. It stays on the creator's balance while the package is still being prepared as a draft.

Creating, editing, saving, and preparing drafts stays free. A Publication Credit is used only when the package is ready to enter moderation.

If moderation asks for fixes, the original credit remains tied to that package, so the same package can be resubmitted without using another credit.

A Publication Credit covers the submission review, not a guaranteed outcome. Publication, catalog visibility, ranking, promotion, and sales still depend on moderation, rights review, quality standards, and platform policies.

After moderation review has been processed, the credit is generally considered used. If a clear technical or operational error affected the process, the Platform may correct the balance manually.

Subscription is the marketplace access and governance layer: discovery, account access, workflow tools, and platform operations. Persona licensing remains a separate transaction with its own rights record and price.

Each persona is paid through a separate one-time licensing transaction under the selected rights model. Subscription payment unlocks platform access, but it does not include the persona asset or replace the licensing fee.

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When access expires, renewal is manual, and plan upgrades follow the current checkout and plan terms. Changing the plan affects access and tooling, but it does not retroactively expand rights already granted in past persona transactions.

Yes, when you use the persona within the selected agreement, platform policies, and applicable law. The license gives defined commercial rights, but it does not authorize prohibited claims, unlawful use, or activity outside the granted scope.

NSFW content is restricted to controlled areas of the platform and may require adult-content confirmation, premium access, and compliance with the Content Policy, NSFW Policy, and license terms. Buyers and creators should not assume that rights granted for one channel automatically cover every adult platform or distribution model.

We process account, transaction, support, security, and moderation data under the Privacy Policy. A fictional persona does not remove privacy, safety, or record-keeping obligations for the real users operating accounts and transactions.
