Custom Materials License

This Custom Materials License governs the final paid materials delivered and accepted through an AI-People custom-order transaction.

It applies only to final custom-order files and materials expressly included in the order record, delivery manifest, certificate, or other transaction evidence for that specific order.

A buyer does not need to purchase a base persona package before placing a custom order unless the product interface for a specific transaction expressly requires it.

This License does not grant rights to the base persona package, persona identity, catalog listing, public previews, prompts, model weights, datasets, source files, production methods, or future materials unless they are expressly listed in the final custom-order materials for that transaction.

After buyer acceptance or automatic acceptance under the Platform review window, AI-People records a worldwide, perpetual Custom Materials License for the final paid custom-order materials.

The buyer may use those final materials for lawful commercial and internal business purposes within the accepted order scope, applicable law, and Platform policies.

The Custom Materials License is included in the paid custom-order transaction and is not priced as a separate line item unless the transaction record expressly states otherwise.

Payment, refund, dispute, and payout consequences follow the Custom Order / Commissioned Work Terms, Purchase & Licensing Terms, and applicable payment terms.

The creator must not resell, relicense, or deliver the exact final paid custom-order materials, or a practically identical replacement of those final materials, to another buyer as a new custom delivery.

This restriction does not stop the creator from using retained know-how, general style experience, or independently created new materials that are not the same or practically identical final deliverables.
