After successful payment, you receive access to delivered materials, the transaction record in your account, and a License Certificate summarizing issued rights. Review these records together with the purchase terms, not in isolation.

Exclusive status blocks new sales from its effective date, but previously issued Commercial licenses may remain valid until their stated expiry if they were properly granted and disclosed under transaction terms. This is an exclusivity cutoff, not a retroactive wipe of valid prior records.

Ownership / Assignment transfers only assignable rights and listed materials included in the deal. It does not automatically override non-transferable legal limits, third-party rights, or assets not included in the transaction scope. Yes. Upgrade to Ownership / Assignment is available only to the current active Exclusive holder for that asset, subject to the applicable transaction and legal conditions at the time of upgrade. The upgrade path depends on the active-holder status, not on general marketplace access alone.
