NSFW Policy

1. Relationship to the Content Policy

This NSFW Policy is a restricted-content companion to the Content Policy. It explains how AI-People treats adult-oriented content that may be allowed only in limited parts of the marketplace.

All NSFW content remains subject to the Content Policy, the Terms of Service, applicable license terms, and any additional product controls used by the Platform. If there is a conflict, the stricter rule controls.

2. What NSFW Means on AI-People

On AI-People, NSFW content means content that is sexualized, erotic, explicit, fetish-oriented, or otherwise unsuitable for general-audience browsing.

  • Suggestive content may include implied sexual framing, partial nudity, or erotic posing.
  • Erotic content may include strong sexual context or visible nudity intended for adult audiences.
  • Explicit content may include graphic sexual acts, explicit genital display, or clearly pornographic presentation.

Whether content is allowed does not depend only on how explicit it is. Context, labeling, access controls, rights issues, and exploitation risks also matter.

3. Restricted but Potentially Allowed NSFW Content

AI-People may allow some NSFW content where it is clearly fictional or synthetic, accurately labeled, and presented only through restricted marketplace surfaces.

  • Adult fictional AI personas with accurately classified erotic or explicit content may be eligible for restricted listing.
  • Previews, thumbnails, titles, and tags must not misclassify adult material as general-audience content.
  • The Platform may require NSFW content to be hidden by default, premium-gated, or shown only after an adult-content confirmation step.

Example: a clearly synthetic adult persona offered in a restricted NSFW area with accurate tags and compliant previews may be allowed.

4. Strictly Prohibited NSFW Content

The following NSFW content is prohibited and may lead to immediate removal and account enforcement:

  • any depiction of minors or content that appears to involve minors, youth-coded personas, or age ambiguity used to suggest minors;
  • content that depicts, imitates, names, voices, or strongly suggests a real identifiable person in a sexualized or explicit context;
  • non-consensual, coercive, exploitative, abusive, or humiliation-based sexual scenarios;
  • incest, bestiality, sexual violence, sexual torture, or extreme exploitative fetish content;
  • sexualized content linked to trafficking, self-harm, blackmail, extortion, or other illegal conduct;
  • content that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the broader Content Policy.

Example:a listing framed as a sexualized version of a celebrity, influencer, or private person is prohibited even if it is labeled "AI-generated."

5. Access, Visibility, and Discovery Controls

AI-People may use a combination of technical, contractual, and moderation controls for NSFW content.

  • NSFW areas may be separated from general browsing or hidden by default.
  • Access may require account-based adult-content confirmation, an eligible subscription or plan, or other restricted-access controls used by the Platform.
  • Some NSFW content may have limited search visibility, limited promotion, or no general discovery at all.
  • The Platform may deny or remove NSFW access where risk, law, or product policy requires it.

AI-People does not guarantee that any NSFW listing will be visible, promoted, indexed, or available in every market.

6. Creator Obligations for NSFW Content

Creators who submit NSFW content must:

  • classify the listing accurately and use suitable thumbnails, previews, and tags;
  • ensure the persona is presented as fictional or synthetic and not as a real person or real endorsement;
  • avoid misleading descriptions, hidden explicit content, or bait-and-switch previews;
  • cooperate with moderation requests, reclassification requests, and rights or safety reviews.

If the Platform cannot verify that an NSFW listing is compliant, it may refuse publication, require edits, restrict visibility, or remove the content.

7. Buyer and User Obligations for NSFW Content

Buyers and other users who access NSFW content through AI-People must:

  • use NSFW content only within the applicable license and platform rules;
  • avoid using purchased or accessed content for fraud, harassment, exploitation, or deceptive identity simulation;
  • maintain any age-gating, labeling, or legal restrictions that apply if content is later used outside the Platform;
  • not redistribute, resell, or publish content in ways the license does not permit.

Access to NSFW content may be suspended or revoked if the Platform reasonably believes the content is being used in a way that creates safety, rights, fraud, or legal risk.

8. Reporting, Moderation, and Enforcement

Users may report suspected NSFW-policy violations to support@ai-people.io. Reports should identify the listing, account, or material involved and explain the concern clearly.

  • AI-People may review NSFW content before publication, after publication, after access, or after a report.
  • The Platform may reclassify, age-gate, hide, de-list, reject, remove, or otherwise restrict NSFW content.
  • Accounts involved in serious or repeated NSFW violations may be warned, restricted, suspended, or terminated.
  • The Platform may preserve records, cooperate with service providers, or refer matters to authorities where required.

Where the Platform offers a review or appeal channel, it may be limited and does not prevent interim safety actions.

9. Changes and Contact

We may update this NSFW Policy to reflect product, legal, operational, or safety changes. The current version will remain available on the Platform with its effective date.
