What this license is
Commercial License is the default business-use model on AI-People. It gives one buyer a 6-month non-exclusive right to use the purchased asset package in commercial operations, while the creator and platform remain free to issue other Commercial Licenses unless and until a later premium transaction changes that status.
Allowed uses
- Run campaigns, branded content, product pages, social publishing, and other business communications.
- Use the asset package across the buyer's own brands, internal teams, and controlled business workflows.
- Adapt, localize, edit, and reformat the delivered materials for the buyer's commercial projects.
- Use the materials in internal AI workflows, including internal testing or internal fine-tuning, without creating a public substitute product.
What it does not include
- No resale, sublicensing, relicensing, or transfer of the raw asset package to third parties.
- No public stock-style distribution, API offering, dataset packaging, or substitute persona product built around the asset.
- No ownership claim, no chain-of-title filing, and no representation that rights were assigned.
- No continued use after expiry unless the Commercial License is renewed under then-current availability and rules.

What you receive
A completed Commercial purchase is documented in the buyer account and accompanied by a License Certificate. The certificate confirms the license type, buyer, asset, effective date, and core granted rights. It is evidence of issuance, not a replacement for the governing agreement.
Additional prompts, documentation, or source materials are included only if they are expressly listed for that transaction.
