Subscription Terms

1. Purpose of Subscriptions

Subscriptions provide paid access to specific Platform features, including but not limited to:

  • browsing the full AI Personality catalog;
  • viewing plan-dependent protected previews;
  • accessing public creator pages and creator communication features, where permitted by plan;
  • purchasing licenses and content packages;
  • accessing NSFW-restricted sections, where permitted.

Subscriptions do not grant ownership or license rights to any AI Personality by themselves.

2. Subscription Eligibility

Subscriptions are available only to registered users who:

  • are at least eighteen (18) years old;
  • have an active Platform account;
  • comply with the Terms of Service and applicable policies.

The Platform reserves the right to restrict or revoke subscription access based on account status or policy violations.

Availability of subscription features may vary by jurisdiction, and users are responsible for ensuring lawful access in their location.

3. Subscription Plans

The Platform may offer multiple subscription plans with varying levels of access, features, and limitations.

Each subscription plan is defined by:

  • scope of accessible content;
  • feature availability;
  • usage limits, if any;
  • pricing and subscription period.

Subscription details are displayed at the time of purchase and may be updated by the Platform.

4. Subscription Fees and Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance for the selected subscription period.

All subscription payments:

  • are processed in digital assets available in the payment widget at checkout;
  • are subject to the Crypto Payment & Payout Terms;
  • must be completed in full prior to activation.

Failure to complete payment means the subscription remains inactive or pending and access is not granted.

5. Renewal and Expiration

(No Auto-Renewal)

Subscriptions do not renew automatically.

Due to the nature of cryptocurrency payments, no automatic charges or recurring billing are performed.

Users may receive notifications or reminders regarding upcoming subscription expiration; however, continuation of access requires manual renewal and payment by the user.

Upon expiration, subscription-based access is automatically terminated unless a new subscription is purchased.

6. No Refunds and Cancellations

All subscription fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to cases of:

  • partial use of the subscription period;
  • account inactivity;
  • misunderstanding of subscription features;
  • suspension or termination due to policy violations.

Refunds may be issued only where required by applicable law.

Users may choose not to renew a subscription upon expiration, but cancellation or non-renewal does not entitle the user to a refund for the active subscription period.

7. Access and Limitations

An active subscription grants access only for the duration of the paid subscription period.

The Platform may:

  • impose reasonable technical or usage limits;
  • restrict access to certain content based on age, jurisdiction, or compliance requirements;
  • modify or discontinue features associated with subscription plans.

Such changes do not entitle users to refunds.

8. Relationship to Licenses

A subscription:

  • does not include any license to use AI Personalities;
  • does not replace or modify any license agreement;
  • serves solely as an access mechanism to marketplace features.

Licenses must be purchased separately and are governed by their respective agreements.

9. NSFW Access

Access to NSFW content, where available, requires:

  • an active subscription permitting such access;
  • explicit age confirmation;
  • acceptance of additional access conditions.

NSFW access may be restricted or revoked independently of subscription status.

10. Suspension and Termination

The Platform may suspend or terminate subscription access if a user:

  • violates the Terms of Service or Subscription Terms;
  • attempts to bypass access controls or subscription requirements;
  • engages in abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior.

Termination does not entitle the user to a refund.

11. Disclaimers

Subscriptions are provided ("as is") and ("as available").

The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted access, availability of specific features, or commercial outcomes resulting from subscription use.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform shall not be liable for any damages arising from subscription access, suspension, expiration, or termination.

The Platform's total liability relating to subscriptions shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by the user during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Subscription Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.

14. Entire Agreement

These Subscription Terms, together with the Terms of Service, constitute the entire agreement governing subscription-based access to the Platform.
