1. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice & Takedown Policy
AI-People respects intellectual property rights and responds to copyright claims that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512.
If you believe material available on the Platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA notice to our designated DMCA agent. We review and process qualifying notices expeditiously as required by law.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
A valid DMCA notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) should include:
- a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
- identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location on the Platform (including URL);
- contact information for the complaining party (name, address, phone, and email);
- a statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act for the copyright owner.

4. Counter-Notice
If your material was removed or disabled due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).
A compliant counter-notice should include:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- identification of the material removed or disabled and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake;
- your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or for Delaware, if outside the United States) and will accept service from the complainant or its agent.
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material after 10-14 business days, unless the original complainant files an action seeking a court order to prevent restoration.
5. Repeat Infringer Policy
AI-People enforces a repeat infringer policy. Accounts may be permanently terminated after two confirmed copyright strikes.
